Detail of a Riva conservation restoration

The company is always looking for new professionals.

A century of craft and some of Italy’s most important worksites: monuments, churches, frescoes and archaeological sites under heritage-authority oversight. Staff grow alongside experienced crews, between artisan tradition and advanced diagnostics, with a CCNL construction contract and ISO 45001-certified worksites. The company is UNI/PdR 125-certified for gender equality, and careers are built over time.

Riva is constantly looking for restorers, craftspeople and technicians interested in caring for our heritage. Applications, together with a CV, are reviewed with care.

  • Restorers — Work on decorated surfaces, frescoes, stuccoes and historic artefacts.
  • Restoration site managers — Coordinating crews and liaising with works management and heritage authorities.
  • Diagnostics technicians — Non-invasive surveys, decay mapping and digital documentation.
  • Internships — On-site internships for students and recent graduates who want to learn the craft.
  • Site Supervisor — Professional role that oversees work activities, monitors compliance with safety regulations, and ensures the implementation of the employer's directives.

Send a CV and, where available, a portfolio or worksite references, with a short note on your background and the kind of restoration you are most interested in. Every application, including speculative ones, is read with care: if the profile fits, an introductory interview follows.
