Imperial Fora

The object of the intervention is Giacomo Boni’s «Museetto» on the Via Sacra, in the Roman Forum, with its surroundings: restoration, functional optimisation and maintenance of the adjoining area, within the activities of the Parco archeologico del Colosseo which, between 2020 and 2021, brought the Via Sacra route back to light and subjected it to extraordinary maintenance.

Between 2020 and 2021 RIVA carried out the preliminary works of disinfestation, safety and archaeological cleaning of the emerging structures, aimed at the topographic, architectural and archaeological survey of the area.

The site is documented in the video «Riva e i Fori Imperiali. Eccellenza italiana 2020» on the company’s channel.
